Installation Precautions
1. First connect the hoist of the hoisting system to the main oil wire and fix it in place, and then send the main oil wire into the second and third pipes in sequence.
2. Plug in, level the bottom section with bricks or wood, insert the second section and the third section into each other with a crane, pull out the main oil wire at the uppermost section for about 1 meter, and connect the three auxiliary oil wires through the oil wire connecting plate Connect, then pull the main oil wire from top to bottom to a position about 50 cm from the top of the oil wire connection plate, and then put on the rainproof cap.
3. For the vertical pole, connect the three auxiliary oil wires with the flange of the lower joint, use the power of the hoist to tighten the three joints as much as possible, and then prepare a lifting belt with a length of about 20 meters, (the bearing weight is 4 tons Left and right), fixed with the flange motor door, and then hoisted by the crane as a whole.
4. In order to avoid damage to the lamps during hoisting, it is recommended to connect the split lamp panel with the main body of the lamp pole before installing the lamps.
5. Debugging, parking lot high pole lights, after the lamp panel is installed, connect the three auxiliary oil wires to the lamp panel, then start the hoist to raise the lamp panel, test whether the detachment of the hook is smooth, connect the power supply, and the installation is complete.
