Product Process
Anodizing is used as the standard for aluminum pole surface treatment, because anodizing can provide the best surface condition. However, anodizing can ensure that the surface of the aluminum pole, the protruding cantilever and other accessories are not corroded.
Anodizing is the electrochemical process of producing an oxide layer on the surface of a metal. There are several different specifications for the thickness of the oxide layer, which are mainly determined by the installation location and the local environment. The thickness of the standard anodized layer is 12μm, which can ensure that the aluminum pole will not be corroded in a humid environment.
